This 5.5-room apartment is in a new building by GESEWO, Genossenschaft für selbstverwaltetes Wohnen, at Attikerstrasse 15 in the centre of Wiesendangen (8542). The building has a cork façade and includes 23 apartments ranging from 1.5 to 6.5 rooms, as well as a small commercial space. The apartment offers 100.7 m² of living space and a balcony.

The stated net rent is approximately CHF 2,970 per month, with ancillary costs of CHF 200 to CHF 300. The listed rent is CHF 3,170 per month, calculated with CHF 200 in ancillary costs. Net rents are cost-based estimates using the July 2026 construction-cost calculation and will be finalized after the construction accounts are completed. No subsidized apartments are available.

Each adult is required to hold a cooperative share of CHF 2,000. An interest-free mandatory loan of 10% of the apartment’s investment value is also required; for the apartments described, this is approximately CHF 82,500 to CHF 84,300. Up to 90% can be financed through pension-fund assets, the third pillar or the mandatory-loan fund.

The building is self-managed by its residents. Active participation in the residents’ association and the start-up group is expected. The minimum occupancy is the number of rooms minus one, with half-rooms not counted. A mix of age groups is encouraged, and families with children are welcome.
