2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung Neubau Attikerstrasse, Wiesendangen

This 2.5-room apartment is part of the first letting of a new GESEWO cooperative building at Attikerstrasse 15 in the centre of Wiesendangen (8542). It offers 54.5 m² of living space and a balcony. The building has a cork façade and contains 23 apartments ranging from 1.5 to 6.5 rooms, as well as a small commercial area.

Rent: CHF 1,950 per month, based on ancillary costs of CHF 200. The approximate net rent is CHF 1,750; ancillary costs are CHF 200–300 per month. The net rents are cost-based estimates calculated from the July 2026 construction-cost estimate and will be finalized after the construction accounts are settled. This is not a subsidized apartment.

Shared facilities

The building includes a lobby with a communal kitchen, a flexible-use room, a winter garden on the top floor, laundry and drying rooms, bicycle and storage rooms, and a large shared garden with a playground. There are 17 underground parking spaces for 25 rental units.

Cooperative and occupancy requirements

The building is self-managed by its residents. Active participation in the residents’ association and the setup group is expected. The occupancy rule sets the minimum number of residents at the number of rooms minus one; half rooms do not count. A mix of age groups is sought, and families with children are welcome.

Each adult must hold a cooperative share of CHF 2,000. An interest-free compulsory loan equal to 10% of the apartment’s investment value is also required; for the apartments described, this is approximately CHF 48,500–49,400. Up to 90% may be financed through pension-fund or third-pillar assets, or through the compulsory-loan fund.
