Die Liegenschaften werden werterhaltend gepflegt und die erwirtschafteten Mittel werden in die Erhaltung der Häuser oder für zukünftige Investitionen verwendet.
Membership Requirements
- Anteilscheine im Wert von CHF 1'000.00 zeichnen
- Der zivilrechtliche Wohnsitz muss mit der Adresse der Wohnung übereinstimmen. Es darf keine Zweitwohnung sein.
- Bereitschaft zur Erledigung der Pflichten (Hauskehr)
- Abschluss einer Privathaftpflichtversicherung, welche Schäden an Mietobjekten deckt
- Ein aktueller Betreibungsauszug (nicht älter als 8 Wochen) muss eingereicht werden, falls ein Mietvertrag in Aussicht steht.
