Die Genossenschaft FAB-A bezweckt ökonomisch, sozial und ökologisch nachhaltige, autofreie Liegenschaften zu erstellen, zu betreiben und zu unterhalten. Sie schafft energieeffizienten, preiswerten und gemeinschaftlichen Wohn- und Gewerberaum für ihre Mitglieder, welche sich vertraglich verpflichten, während der Mietdauer weder Eigentum an Motorfahrzeugen zu halten noch solche zu besitzen.
Membership Requirements
- Erwerb von mindestens einem Anteilschein in der Höhe von CHF 2'000.-
- Entrichtung der Eintrittsgebühr von CHF 200.-
- Vertragliche Verpflichtung, während der Mietdauer weder Eigentum an Motorfahrzeugen zu halten noch solche zu besitzen.
