WG-Zimmer in Schloss zu vermieten

A 15 m² room is available in a shared flat in Teufen (8428). The room measures 3.3 m × 4.5 m, with a ceiling height of 2.60 m. The living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Rent: CHF 850 per month.

The shared flat is in a castle that, despite the name, is described as a pleasant old apartment from the inside. It has a garden with a seating area and wide-reaching views. The forest, the Töss and the Rhine are nearby, while the setting is secluded. A bus stop is two minutes away; a dairy farm and a winery are neighbours.

The two flatmates are Simone, 45, a master’s student in psychology who currently works in the socio-educational field and previously worked as a photographer. Her interests include music, philosophy and food, and she makes elaborate birthday cakes for her niece and nephew. Thomas, 32, is a class teacher and vegetable gardener. He organizes a festival, participates in a community-supported agriculture cooperative, and enjoys swimming, football, books and fermented foods.

The shared living arrangement suits someone who is reasonably tidy, willing to contribute a little to the garden, open to communal living, enthusiastic about good food and sociable.
