Due to the end of a degree programme, the current occupant is moving out at the end of December 2026. The apartment at Ringstrasse in Chur is therefore available from 1 January 2027.

This 4-room apartment offers 75 m² of living space and is described as quiet and modern. It includes a larger balcony with views of Calanda and Brambrüesch. The railway station is about 10 minutes away on foot, and a Coop is located right next door.

The kitchen is well equipped and offers plenty of storage space, a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, an oven, a 4-burner hob, and a dishwasher. In the basement, there is a laundry room with the option to hang up laundry. Additional storage is available in the attic and in a private cellar compartment. A garage is available for bicycles and mopeds. No parking space is available.
