Wohnung in der Mattenstraße Genossenschaft

An apartment in the Genossenschaft building on Mattenstraße is currently being vacated. The apartment is located on the second floor.

The building is part of a complex of five houses that are physically and organizationally connected around an open inner courtyard. The houses are organized into smaller communities and shared apartments, and the residents jointly take part in organizing work around the buildings. The cooperative is organized in working groups that meet 12 times per month or more if needed. At least once a month, a meeting takes place for all residents sharing the living spaces.

This 2-room apartment consists of two rooms that can be used as bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony with a view of the inner courtyard. One room faces the street.

The heating is wood-based. Wood is ordered each year, and both rooms contain a small wood stove.
