The fitted kitchens have ceramic worktops and are equipped with a dishwasher and an oven. Apartments are accessible via an open stairwell or by lift.

Building and sustainability

The entire settlement is built to Minergie-P standard. The multi-family houses are constructed in a hybrid method (concrete slabs with exterior walls in timber element construction); the row houses are pure timber constructions. Heat is generated via geothermal probes and photovoltaic elements on the roofs produce electricity for self-consumption.
