SCCH ECOPOLIS
Ecopolis ist eine Wohnbaugenossenschaft, die sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, ein Gebäude im Rahmen des Projekts Métamorphose der Stadt Lausanne zu errichten. Sie strebt einen offenen Raum an, der Wohnen, Arbeitsplätze und einen gemeinsamen Lebensraum umfasst. Die Genossenschaft wurde im Oktober 2002 im Handelsregister eingetragen. Die Gemeinde Lausanne hat sie mit der Realisierung eines 3200 m² grossen Grundstücks auf dem Baufeld D des Ökoquartiers Plaines-du-Loup beauftragt. Die Wohnungen wurden im Sommer 2023 bezogen. Die Genossenschaft legt Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, soziales Zusammenleben und partizipative Entscheidungsfindung.
