Die Genossenschaft ist parteipolitisch und konfessionell neutral. Sie ist Mitglied bei Wohnbaugenossenschaften Schweiz und setzt sich für den gemeinnützigen Wohnungsbau ein. Die Genossenschaft verwaltet ihre Liegenschaften selbst und ist auf die aktive Mitarbeit ihrer Mitglieder angewiesen.
