Die Genossenschaft eins wurde 2017 gegründet, um in Schaffhausen hochwertigen Wohn-, Arbeits- und Begegnungsraum für alle Bevölkerungsgruppen zu schaffen. Soziale Diversität, Offenheit und ökologische Sensibilität sind ihr Programm. Die Genossenschaft teilt gerne und setzt auf gemeinschaftliche Räume und Nutzungen. Sie ist bestrebt, Räume für alle Bevölkerungskreise anzubieten und in ihren Siedlungen eine gute soziale Durchmischung zu erreichen. Sie fördert das Zusammenleben im Sinne gesamtgesellschaftlicher Verantwortung und gegenseitiger Solidarität.
