Sie verfolgt im Besonderen den Zweck, den preisgünstigen Wohnungsbau im Sinne der eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderungsgesetzgebung sowie entsprechender kantonaler und kommunaler Erlasse zu fördern. Die Genossenschaft ist Mitglied von WOHNEN SCHWEIZ – Verband der Baugenossenschaften. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke oder Immobiliengesellschaften erwerben oder veräussern sowie Häuser bauen, erwerben, verwalten oder vermieten. Beim Verkauf eines Grundstückes ist den Genossenschaftern vorab Gelegenheit zu geben, dieses zu einem angemessenen Preis zu erwerben. Die Genossenschaft wurde am 20. Mai 2019 gegründet.
