Die Baugenossenschaft Wohnraum für elektrosensible Menschen (BWEM) wurde am 29. April 2018 in Gretzenbach (SO) gegründet. Sie bezweckt die Beschaffung und Förderung von preisgünstigen Wohnungen und Wohnhäusern für elektrosensible Menschen, um eine Angebotslücke zu füllen. Die BWEM ist Mitglied von WOHNEN SCHWEIZ – Verband der Baugenossenschaften.

- Übernahme von mindestens einem Genossenschaftsanteil zu CHF 1'000.00
- Schriftliche Beitrittserklärung
- Vorstandsbeschluss
