Baugenossenschaft Baumgarten
Die gemeinnützige Baugenossenschaft Baumgarten hat drei Wohnblöcke mit insgesamt 27 Wohnungen. Ein Teil der Wohnungen ist als Alterswohnungen und ein Teil als Familienwohnungen konzipiert. Die Wohnblöcke wurden 1995 gebaut. Alle Wohnungen sind rollstuhlgängig eingerichtet und in jedem Haus ist ein Lift installiert. Die Genossenschaft wurde durch Anteilscheine der Genossenschafter und ein Darlehen des Bundes im Rahmen des "WEG Programmes" (Wohnbauförderung) finanziert.
