Project and location

The cooperative is creating its first settlement with a total of 75 apartments. The first construction stage comprises 45 apartments, ready for occupancy from September 2026. The settlement is located close to the lake with good public transport connections:

  • S-Bahn station Seemossried: approx. 5 minutes on foot

Building and energy standards

The entire settlement is constructed to Minergie-P standard. The apartment buildings are built in a hybrid method (concrete slabs / exterior walls in timber element construction); the row houses are pure timber construction. Heat is generated via geothermal probes. Photovoltaic elements on the roof areas produce electricity for self-consumption.

Apartment fittings

All apartments feature a large dining and living area, a bathroom with a level-access shower and a separate storage room (Reduit) for additional storage. Private outdoor spaces are provided on loggias with balcony cupboards and, in some units, small balconies. Floors are laid with oak parquet; ceilings are exposed concrete, whitewashed. Windows are made of painted solid spruce wood; walls are finished with white variovlies wallpaper. Fitted kitchens have ceramic worktops and are equipped with a dishwasher and an oven. Apartments are accessible via an open stairwell or lift.

Communal offerings

The settlement courtyard serves as a central area with garden beds and communal seating areas. Each building has a shared laundry room in the basement. The former nursing home houses numerous communal rooms as well as rentable guest rooms, attic rooms and commercial spaces.

Parking and bicycles

Rentable parking spaces are available in the underground garage; equipping with charging stations for electric cars is possible. Parking prices stated in project information: car parking CHF 120/month; motorcycle CHF 50/month. Bicycles, e-bikes or cargo bikes can be parked outdoors or in the garage.

Pets and cooperative shares
  • Pets require approval by the administration.
  • Tenants are required to subscribe mandatory cooperative shares according to the statutes. Payment for the mandatory shares can also be made from pension fund assets or pillar 3a.
