The cooperative and community

The cooperative seeks open, communicative residents who appreciate tolerant coexistence and an intergenerational mix and who are willing to contribute actively to communal life. A tenant deposit of three months' rent must be paid into a tenant deposit account before moving in; this amount will later be converted into cooperative capital. Deposit insurance policies are not accepted. Dogs are not permitted in the cooperative's settlements. Apartment cats are allowed, but the installation of a cat net requires prior approval.
