Materials and construction

The project by architect C. Gschwind (competition-winning design) comprises sixteen units built in a rowhouse typology. Exterior materials include oiled larch wood for windows and shutters, untreated corrugated fibre cement panels, structural concrete and hot-dip galvanized metal railings.
